The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Cultural and Creative Industries Sectoral Group meeting took place in Vilnius, at the Chamber of Commerce Industry and Crafts, from 26-28 April 2023. The group brings together more than 80 representatives of various international business support organisations (almost a third of them come from Italy, Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, Latvia and Poland, Hungary, France, Greece, Scotland, Germany, and the UK), who meet to share best practices they have developed, to learn from each other, and to help small and medium sized enterprises to become more innovative and more sustainable.
The intensive programme of the event was also attended by a project officer from Vilnius College of Technologies and Design, the project leader of the EIT Climate-KIC EIT HEI project No. 220194 “Innovation Laboratories for Climate Actions – ILCA”, who gave a presentaion on the development of a sustainable business model to the group. In his presentation, Mr Rackovskis highlighted the need for developing an integrated ecosystem for systemic innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable competitiveness to create a long-term impact on the creation of a carbon-neutral, digital, circular and inclusive society.
